Enbridge Pipeline
This, I hope, will be the final straw that breaks the back of the hold the woke liberal democrats have on our Board of Commissioners. My guess is they knew about this invasion of property rights long before the citizens who are affected and did not notify them. Advanced notice could have given all of us regular citizens a chance to unite and let the State Legislators know this was unacceptable and they would be held accountable. Everyone should know by now threatening a politician’s job is the worst thing that could happen to them. It’s time we take back our county. Let those responsible for this abuse know their time using the citizens they are supposed to represent, is over. If they are seeking higher office or a future private sector high paying job, we don’t want to be used as your personal stepping stone.
Below is the statute passed by the state legislators giving a Canadian company the rights to use our property for profit. Following that is an exchange with one of the Enbridge lawyers in June. I also contacted the state legislator’s office. Did any of our current Board of Commissioners make the same attempt as soon as they knew and alert the citizens they’re supposed to represent?????
I’ve had plenty of opportunities to take photos shaking hands with well known political candidates. I haven’t. Others believe it shows how well connected they are and how it will increase their status. I would rather shake hands with those who want me to represent them. I do not want to have some special title. I’m not looking for recognition. I’m not doing this for the money. The choice is yours to make.
